Polyamorous Relationships

When I was doing my internship at Malpeton clinic, I shared an office with a 7 other interns.  In the office there were both people who were heterosexual and homosexual, and the nature of these types of relationships were often the topic of the day.  A few times the topic of Polyamory came up and it was met with much confusion. I found myself often defending Polyamory without having any clinical material to back it up.

Recently I found a blogger that could have made these discussions much easier. Cunning Minx has a blog, Polyamory Weekly, and a podcast (found on itunes) that covers this topic. I found one of her post very interesting as it provides resources to therapist.  One of the resources is a free PDF guide  “What Psychology Professionals Should Know About Polyamory“.
